BISHOP CLIFFORD A. JACKSON
Bishop Clifford A. Jackson, Ph.D., is the youngest son of three brothers and one of four brothers to his only sister. Born in Kansas City, Missouri to a legacy of holiness preachers of the gospel, including his four siblings, Father, mother, grandparents and great grandparents. Overcoming the lure of the streets to accept his call to the ministry has brought this mighty man of God to a number of crossroads. Choosing ministry over popularity, fame and fortune has brought him and those who labor among him to the kingdom for such a time as this! Bishop Jackson is the founding Overseer of the St. Paul Monument of Faith Family Worship Center Church of God in Christ in Kansas City, Missouri, serving this congregation for 18 years, with more than 27 years in Full Time, Pastoral ministry and more than 30 years of gospel preaching.
Bishop Clifford A. Jackson is truly one of the most prolific, prophetic and anointed men of God who is widely sought after for his ability to preach real life experiences with biblical principals in common language, which can be appreciated by the elderly and understood by the youth. Bishop Jackson is nationally known for his flare and preaching style, that has won thousands to Christ. His excitement and spiritual intensity while delivering the Word of the Lord; has helped revive ministries, restore pastors, rebuild churches and renew the hearts of believers and the conversion of none believers to a new level of faith and commitment to God.
Bishop Jackson has worked in the church all of his life, coming up through the ranks serving as a local Minister, Ordained Elder, Pastor, District Superintendent, Jurisdictional Expeditor, Administrative Assistant to the Bishop, National Adjutant, and now, the Jurisdictional Prelate of the Central Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction of Missouri, of The Church of God in Christ International.
Its hard to believe when watching Bishop minister the word of God, jumping and praising God in the dance that he was stricken with asthma at an early age, but through the power of prayer, this anointed man of God was miraculously healed, delivered, and set-free!
