Our Mission is to help non-denominational, independent or unincorporated churches and new ministries that are looking for a more meaningful program for church development that focuses on building the Kingdom of God. We believe that every church has the potential to become a "mega-ministry" if given the opportunity. Our position, as a jurisidction, is to provide sound advice, training and support to pastors and ministry leaders, giving them the tools needed to take their local organizations to the next level. We are providing answers to questions that are often overlooked or left unanswered.
Our Focus is not one of self edification, but rather one that meets the needs of the entire body, which promotes spiritual, economical, numerical and physical church growth. The apostle Paul summed up our philosophy by stated, "Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper, and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth." Our endeavor is to teach God's chosen vessels how to apply this principle in the local church, thus creating avenues for true ministry to take place. We must minister to the needs of the leadership, and then transfer this spiritual awareness to the entire body.

We are not a diocese that "clones" churches. We promote unity that strengthens the bonds of fellowship through the pooling of various churches and ministries.
